Child's Heart & Doll Sweaters * Pattern #2
These traditional children’s sweaters are easy to knit using worsted weight yarn. They are knit in pieces and have a drop style shoulder. This pattern includes the the instructions and graphs for BOTH the Heart and Doll sweaters in 6 sizes. I suggest sizing up so that the sweater can accommodate a growing child.

Worsted wt yarn:
Main Color- (420-500-580-660-740-820) yards
Contrast Color- 125 yards all sizes
Needles:
#5 US (3 3/4 mm) & #7 US (4 1/2 mm) straight needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
#5 circular needle 16” (neck) & 2 st holders
Gauge: 5 sts= 1 inch (20 sts = 4”)
